Architectural 3D Modeler

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Employment Type: 3-6 months/ Full-Time in-house contract

We are looking for talented Architectural 3D Modelers to build an internal modeling discipline in

partnership with our Creative and Architecture teams. This exciting opportunity will translate the vision into detailed renderings of our luxurious and inspiring spaces, places, and experiences. Our Modelers are highly experienced and confident under pressure.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Architecture and Design teams to produce renders, graphics, illustrations,

and presentation materials that visually communicate design intent, concepts, and design

options
• Build and develop 3D models of entire buildings and spaces to study materiality, spatial

quality, details, and overall design of projects from sketches and CAD files
• Build 3D models of furniture and home accessories products
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail, simultaneously

juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proactively identify opportunities or challenges within the scope of developments and

actively finds solutions

OUR REQUIREMENTS
• Superior CAD, spatial planning and 3D model-building skills
• Professional experience translating 2D drawings or photos into a 3D models
• Background or degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in Modeling Software: SketchUp required, Rhino and Revit a plus.
• Proficiency in Rendering Software: Enscape required, Lumion, Keyshot, V-Ray a plus.
• Knowledge of 3Ds Max and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong interpersonal skills to work well independently and collaboratively
