Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Float Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred. First-time travelers accepted. License: Valid Registered Nurse License required (GA or Compact license). Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: - Experience in PCU, MS, or MS Tele units. - Ability to float across multiple units. - Compliance with all required certifications. Description: This is a FLOAT POOL POSITION. Candidates must be cleared on float units, ratios, and flexibility with scheduling. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Ratios: 1:4-5 for PCU, 1:5-6 for MS and MS Tele units. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Candidates will manage a variety of diagnoses in the PCU. Floating to all MS, MS/Tele, and PCU units within the facility is required. Work includes managing arterial lines, cardiac telemetry, ventilated patients, and other critical care tasks. Candidates will be expected to work every other weekend, with an average of 6 weekends in a 13-week contract. If one major holiday occurs during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it. Winning candidates will complete all compliance requirements to start on time. Full compliance is required to begin employment. No call requirements are expected for this position. About Cynet Health
