We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our team! Candidates should have prior spray painting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and apply paints and coatings to specifications
• Operate spray guns and painting equipment safely
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Maintain paint equipment, tools, and work areas
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous spray painting experience required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently

Nicole Horan is the Regional Branch Manager for HW Staffing Solutions in Nashua, NH. In her position, she oversees the training and development of all office staff and the overall business operations including: client development and management, temporary staffing and recruiting and quality assurance initiatives. Nicole also ensures compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws.Nicole has worked in the temporary staffing industry since 2002, focusing on administrative/professional staffing as well as skilled manufacturing. She has been credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services as the legislative committee chair. In addition to her involvement in the staffing industry, serves on the Nashua Chamber of Commerce's Legislative Advocacy Committee.
